Please read the following information and complete the form so that I can best serve you for the exam and process your ROC-A application in a timely manner.

Identification up-load must be a government-issued photo ID. If you do not have a government-issued photo ID, please use one government-issued piece of non-photo ID along with a piece of photo ID.
The address provided must be a Canadian address. If you do not have a Canadian address, please inform us so we can discuss alternative arrangements with you.

Please be aware of the following information before taking the exam:

The examination may consist of written, practical and oral exercises. The candidate must satisfy an examiner that he or she:
- is capable of operating radiotelephone equipment;
- possesses a general knowledge of radiotelephone operating procedures and of international regulations applicable to the aeronautical service, specifically those regulations relating to the safety of life; and
- possesses a general knowledge of the Radiocommunication Act and the regulations made thereunder.
Candidates must attest that they do not have a disability that would impair their ability to operate a radio station safely.

Payment will not be refunded for no-shows
Payment covers the cost of one exam. Re-takes will be charged another exam fee
